Online appointment

Here you can conveniently make your appointment.

• If you are a member of the program "Diamond care", you can use both links below and order either during the standard appointment or outside office hours. Alternatively, you can book your appointment by phone (+420 605 342 117)  or by e-mail.

• If you not a member of the program "Diamond Care", please make your appointment only during the standard office hours.

 

Standard office hours: MON 7:00–13:00, TUE 14:00–19:00, WED 7:00–13:00, THU 7:00–13:00, FRI 7:00–13:00.

Please adhere to the order deadline. If you find out that you cannot attend on the agreed date, please inform us immediately by phone or email, at least 24 hours before the agreed date. This frees up space for another patient. If you do not show up for the booked appointment without an excuse or if you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance without a serious demonstrable reason, you will be charged a fee of 500 CZK.
